At the New Mexico Business Coalition, we believe in providing New Mexicans with clear, nonpartisan voter education so they can be informed on what each candidate stands for, and make a good decision at the polls!
With that, below are the grades that we’ve given to incumbents (based on their voting records) and to candidates (based on their survey responses). NMBC’s ‘Legislative and Policy Positions’ were used as the guidelines for scoring each candidate and incumbents on everything from our tax code and mandated wages to energy regulation and job creation- it’s all here!
CANDIDATE SURVEY RESPONSES
All of the information listed below is purely for voter education.
The active links below will show you unedited candidate survey responses so you can see for yourself where each candidate stands on particular issues and what they would do if elected into office in November. So get informed, go vote, and help improve the lives of all New Mexicans!
And if you do not know what district you’re in, you can find out HERE.
