HB 236, Increase Severance Tax Permanent Fund Inflows, sponsored by Rep Jason Harper and Senator Carlos Cisneros, passed and was signed into law earlier this year. We applaud Rep Harper and Senator Cisneros for their leadership in this much needed legislation. Ozone Standard Letter: The EPA will be sending a new National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone to the President in a few weeks.
