HB 236, Increase Severance Tax Permanent Fund Inflows, sponsored by Rep Jason Harper and Senator Carlos Cisneros, passed and was signed into law earlier this year. Ozone Standard Letter: The EPA will be sending a new National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone to the President in a few weeks.
