There’s a Crime Problem in ABQ & We Have a Solution!

People in Albuquerque are fearing for their lives and businesses are paying hundreds of thousands to protect their property due to high crime levels in the city. Yet, top city officials are placing the focus on businesses being the problem. NMBC has a better idea, #EnforceTheLaw! Learn more HERE.

At a recent press conference Albuquerque Police Chief Harold Medina said he’s looking to sue the car makers for too many auto thefts. He also sent a letter to Walgreens, saying they should hire more private security to protect the stores.

What Medina failed to mention is how much businesses are already paying for each month for private security, surveillance cameras, fences, and other protective measures. In the words of NMBC President, Carla Sonntag, ‘Some of our businesses are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars every year in order to try to protect their properties… It’s not right.’ More HERE.

So what is NMBC doing about the issue? NMBC has secured a legal team with proven success! We are raising money to proceed with evaluating options to get a court order mandating that Albuquerque #EnforceTheLaw.
