The New Mexico Business Coalition (NMBC) has grown over the past ten years into a formidable, outspoken advocate for pro-business public policy, elected officials and candidates who agree New Mexico needs to be business friendly. The work and success of NMBC equates to a brighter future for New Mexico businesses and the opportunity for all New Mexicans to participate in a better economy through private sector job growth. One of the key elements of a brighter future is great businesses that provide the jobs, products and services that improve the quality of life for all New Mexicans. NMBC is glad to profile some of those businesses: This week we feature Joe Maez and the Maez Group of Realtors.

Joe Maez’s career in real estate began in 2004, after returning from a deployment to Iraq, and has since grown to become New Mexico’s number one real estate team for the last three years.

The Maez team currently consists of 5 full time employees and 8 independent brokers who are the “secret sauce” for his tremendous achievements. In addition to their excellent marketing breadth, timeliness of results and transparency with customers, Joe and his team credit a reinvestment into administrative support as the main contributor for their outstanding success. By structuring an admin heavy team, Joe frees up his agents to spend more time providing a positive and transparent home buying and selling experience for his customers and producing better results. In addition to his meticulously crafted team of certified associates, The Maez Group offers in house marketing and photography to streamline and simplify the home buying process and prevent missed deadlines. As the first real estate broker in NM to sell over $100 million in residential resale for two years in a row, and the number one sales team by units sold and volume, Joe plans to continue growing his lineup of exceptional brokers and expand his capacity for delivering dream homes to New Mexican families.

The Maez team not only believes in reinvestment internally for success, but also investment in the communities they serve. The Maez group donates its time and funds to local charities and nonprofit organizations like the Road Runner Food Bank, The ALS association of New Mexico, and more.

You can find Joe and his team on most weekends hosting open house events and actively marketing for their customers. To Joe and the rest of the Maez Group associates, buying and selling a house is much more than new paint and a “for sale” sign out front, it’s a commitment to actively find the home of your dreams. Look for Maez Group listings every Sunday in the Albuquerque Journal real estate section and learn more about what his team can do for you at the Maez Group website HERE.
