Anastacia “Anise” Golden Morper, a native New Mexican and third-generation real estate professional, is the owner of RE/MAX UNLIMITED in Santa Fe. Her passion for real estate began in the 1970s while working in her father’s office and has grown into a distinguished career built on integrity, expertise, and a commitment to helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
Her experience includes luxury properties, ranches, commercial real estate, and complex 1031 exchanges involving properties across multiple states. A Leadership Institute alumna and former real estate Ombudsman, Anise is known for building strong relationships, mentoring others, and helping clients achieve successful outcomes in every market.

An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT/IV Tech), she has also volunteered with PB&J Family Services, Presbyterian Hospital, Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT), the Bernalillo County Fire Department, and charitable efforts in Mexico building homes and supporting orphanages.
