On October 16, 2017, Carlsbad will be hosting its 5th Annual #Oil and Gas Summit: ‘The New Energy Frontier.’ “The summit’s focus is economic growth and the future of the energy industry in southeast New Mexico,” the City of Carlsbad noted in a news release to the public. This year, the event will also feature a job fair hosted by Carlsbad Department of Development at the same location.
