While NMBC supports creative efforts to bring new businesses and jobs to New Mexico, it has spoken frequently about the need to properly safeguard taxpayer dollars used for economic incentive programs. Recovering the majority of the investment is a step in the right direction, but we must continue to be vigilant over every tax dollar invested.
