The New Mexico Business Coalition (NMBC) calls out the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (NMPRC), again, for violations of the NM Open Meetings Act.

NMBC has recently sent out a press release to media outlets across the state regarding the NMPRC’s violation of this act. The act was originally created for government transparency and for open democracy, but in their violation, the NMPRC has completely ignored a basic American right for that transparency.

NMBC has also previously filed two complaints with the NM Attorney General’s office regarding their other violations of the NM Open Meetings Act is awaiting the outcome of investigations into these complaints.
