“Bait and switch” negotiations for luring companies to NM will only hurt our economy. PRC Commissioners made this decision unanimously with no discussion and no questions of the Recommended Decision by the Hearing Examiner. The record in this case is clear that the transmission line is a system upgrade to benefit all users. It doesn’t connect to the Facebook facility so why should Facebook be responsible for such a large share of the line’s costs?
