Stop the Backdoor Attempt to Sue Gun Manufacturers and Retailers!

Although this bill is targeted at the firearms industry, this could have a ripple effect in the manufacturing space. Please ask your legislator to say NO to HB 114, Firearm Industry Accountability Act.

Stop legislators from raising NM's gas prices unnecessarily!

This' a new tax on the oil & gas industry and PNM. It will do little to 'clean' the environment. Ask your legislators to vote 'NO' on HB41 Clean Transportation Fuel Standards!

HJR 12 is a proposed Constitutional Amendment which would allow the recall of elected officials in New Mexico. Many people have asked how we can stop the Governor's overreach of power, and this is one answer!

INACTIVE: Stop the Radical 'Green' Agenda.

HJR 2 and SJR 2 are resolutions that ask voters in the next election to say 'yes' or 'no' to a constitutional amendment. These resolutions propose to amend the New Mexico Constitution to provide "environmental rights." This amendment allows individuals to sue government agencies when they feel their environmental rights have been compromised.

HB 156 is a proposed ban on firearm magazines that hold more than 15 rounds. If you own a magazine that holds more than 15 rounds, you would have to destroy your magazine or you would become a felon if the bill becomes law.

INACTIVE: HB 6 Clean Future Act is the Governor's attempt to outdo California.

HB 6 goes further than a U.S. model approach and seeks to have the most stringent requirements in the world. This legislation is more stringent than California, a state with vastly stronger resources for compliance, and the Paris Agreement.

INACTIVE: There is never a good time to unnecessarily raise gas prices, especially NOW!

SB 14 Enacting the Clean Fuel Standard Act will, in reality, do little for the environment but will instead force New Mexico motorists to pay 35 cents/gallon MORE for gasoline.
