State Senator Works to Bring Jobs to District: The New Mexico Business Coalition (NMBC) would like to applaud Senator Michael Padilla for sponsoring his second annual Job Fair for District 14. Sixty employers were present, providing opportunities and information to 4,100 attendees. Senator Padilla said they doubled the amount of attendees this year compared to last year. Massachusetts Minimum Wage: Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick signed a new law that will bring the minimum wage for the state up to $11 by 2017.
