Our BASH Had a Full House!

ABQ Crime Crisis BASH was
HUGE success with a full house!

Those who attended the BASH at Revel Entertainment walked away astonished and encouraged by our major reveal, with many leaving the event saying, “…someone should’ve done this sooner.”

Throughout the evening, Revel was filled with joy and lots of energy as many attendees were enjoying each other’s company, the buffet by Chello Grill, and were clearly ready to stand up for the truth and see positive change in ABQ and in the rest of NM.

NMBC President, Carla Sonntag, ended the night revealing that…
NMBC is exploring the possibility of filing a lawsuit against the City of Albuquerque so that laws are enforced and New Mexicans in this area can finally feel safe again. NMBC has already secured a legal team with proven success in other jurisdictions and we need to pool our resources to hire them!

Prior to this announcement, live discussions with ABQ City Councilors Renee Grout (District 9) & Louie Sanchez (District 1) and John Daviau of SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana) proved to attendees why we need to take massive action such as the lawsuit. To make this work, we need to raise $50,000 to hire experienced, qualified attorneys who will review legal options against the City of Albuquerque. You can click here to learn more about our legal fund.

Everyone is encouraged to patronize these local businesses and support the work they do in one way or another.
