NMBC fought hard during the legislative session to stop another job killing government mandate called the Paid Family Medical Leave Act (PFMLA).
The PFMLA would’ve taken money from employers and employees to fund 12 weeks of paid time off a year per employee.
With a minimum of 8 days paid sick leave already mandated by state law, NMBC led the way to stand up for businesses that are struggling to find enough workers just to keep the doors open. Read more HERE.
