The record-breaking $2.2 trillion federal relief package known as the CARES act was passed by congress last week and is aimed squarely at helping businesses that that are struggling to cope with the spread of the new coronavirus. It is designed to make it easier for small business owners to navigate the huge amount of resources available through the U.S. Small Business Administration in the new federal law.
