The New Mexico Public Regulation Committee (NMPRC) violates the Open Meetings Act AGAIN!

For the third time in a matter of months, the New Mexico Business Coalition has filled a complaint with the Attorney General’s office because the PRC is continuing to conduct important public utility matters in private, contrary to New Mexico law governing open meetings. Our persistence on this issue will hopefully improve transparency in our state and force the PRC to stop ignoring their obligation to conduct business in public.
