Aside from the increased government mandates and red tape of owning a business, many job providers are facing many stressors. Those stressors include higher prices on the items they need, supply chain issues and especially an ongoing problem with a lack of workers. 

80% of NM restaurants, if not all, have increased their menu prices and 49% have had to reduce their business hours due to a lack of workers.
