2018 Heroes Banquet
Nara Visa Fire Department Firefighter John Cammack, who died from injuries received fighting a brush fire, was honored in 2018. His brother, nephew and great grandson accepted the Fallen Responder Hero Award.

With the help of great individual and corporate sponsors, a significant part of the proceeds from this event benefit families of those being honored. In addition, proceeds will also go to Rebound New Mexico, a local nonprofit working with economically disadvantaged teens and adults to improve skills and encourage movement from poverty to prosperity.
