IRS Gone Wild – Again!

The IRS to Penalize Small Businesses who Reimburse Employee Healthcare Costs:   The IRS initiated a new rule effective July 1, 2015 that could crush many small businesses.  The 'excise tax' affects employers who do not offer a group health plan (which is not required for companies with less than 50 employees), but give their workers additional pay to compensate for the purchase of health insurance or direct medical expenses.
