Really, Mora County? Despite having a previous fracking ban struck down by the NM Supreme Court, the Mora County Commission is at it again. Mora County is considering a moratorium on oil and gas drilling while they work on an ordinance (again) placing strict limitations on drilling, and particularly fracking.
